Strange sizing

Just got a few pairs of these for my son in 4t. There’s not available in that size in long underwear so I took my chances with this off-name-brand. These are not Carters brand. While the 4t size was a bit baggy for him, which was fine, the neck was so tight it was hard to pull over his head and nearly choked him pulling it on. Not sure how they size them but it was a strange combo. Pay more and get something nicer.
